Report a repair
Please remember that any defects that occur in that first 12 months after the property has been built are covered under warranty by the building contractor. After the defect liability period has expired, the resident is responsible for all repairs on the property.

All repairs need to be logged to Plumlife Directory via the routes identified below (chat, portal, phone); the building contractor will then be notified and will get in touch to arrange appointments. Plumlife will follow up progress if repairs are over time.
