Great Places is supporting Burnley FC in the Community’s Health Hub in Brierfield, helping local people access health and wellbeing support close to home.
The Health Hub offers programmes for people living with cancer, Parkinson’s and heart conditions, alongside activities that help tackle loneliness and improve wellbeing.
Great Places’ support will help these services continue reaching people who need them most.
