Home should feel like home
Home should be a place where you can relax, feel safe and feel comfortable. But when things like anti-social behaviour, harassment or domestic abuse happen, they can affect much more than your home. They can impact your wellbeing, safety and peace of mind.
Nobody should feel they have to put up with behaviour that makes them feel unsafe or uncomfortable. If something is affecting you, it’s important to speak up. Whether it’s ongoing noise, intimidation, threatening behaviour or domestic abuse, letting us know early means we can better understand what’s happening and help you access the right support.
Every situation is different, so we’ll always work with you to find the best way forward. That could mean investigating reports of anti-social behaviour, working with the police or local authority, or helping you access specialist support services.
If you’re worried about yourself or someone you know, you don’t have to face it alone. Help is available, and we’ll work with you to understand what’s happening, explore your options and support in the best way we can.

Community takes the lead at the Pat Midgley Hub
The Pat Midgley Community Hub in Wybourn has entered an exciting new chapter, with local people now leading the future of the much-loved community space.
Since opening in 2022, the Hub has become a home for activities, events and support for local residents. The long-term vision was always for it to be run by the community, for the community, with Great Places remaining as landlord.
That vision became a reality in 2026 with the creation of the Pat Midgley Community Foundation, an independent charity made up of local trustees and community representatives who are passionate about Wybourn and its future.
A few months into the Foundation’s journey, Chair Georgia O’Donnell and Centre Co-ordinator Rebecca Scott-Evans have been reflecting on the difference community-led ownership is already making, and what comes next for the Hub.
