As we head into the colder months, I’m pleased to share the latest edition of our My Great Place magazine. It’s full of helpful advice, updates, and stories from across our communities.

You might notice this issue looks a little different – we’ve been working with our Customer Committee to make the magazine more useful and enjoyable to read.

They told us they’d like to see more customer stories, more local updates, and a clearer layout with links to the key information you need. So, we’ve done just that! One thing you might spot is that the old regional section has been removed, but don’t worry, all your local stories are still here, now included throughout the magazine alongside other community highlights and features.

We’ve also shortened some of the longer articles and focused on the things that matter most to you, like tips for keeping your home warm and safe this winter, support with money matters, and updates on how we’re improving services such as repairs, complaints and damp and mould.

You’ll also find updates from our Insight scrutiny group, the latest Tenant Satisfaction Measure scores, and stories from customers who’ve overcome challenges with help from our teams.
