Improving your repairs service – shaped by you
We know how important a reliable repairs service is to you, and we’ve been listening.
Over the past six months, we’ve taken a close look at how our repairs service works, guided by your feedback. You told us you want repairs done more quickly, done right the first time, with clearer updates, and easier ways to report problems. So, we’re making some important changes.
We’re upgrading our online portal to make it quicker and simpler to report repairs. We’re also improving how we check repairs to help avoid missed appointments and repeat visits.
To make things clearer, we’re updating who is responsible for which repairs – us or you. This will help us focus on the most important jobs and fix things faster.
We’re also improving how we manage complex repairs and tackling damp and mould more effectively (see page 8 for more details).
Our contractors are working closely with us to improve the quality of service delivery, and we’re making sure our support meets your individual needs.
Thank you for helping shape these changes. We’ll keep you updated through our website and eNews. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Looking after trees
Our Grounds Maintenance Team has recently updated the Tree Management Policy for shared outdoor areas. This shows our ongoing commitment to keeping your neighbourhoods safe, green and well cared for.
The updated policy explains how we care for more than 18,000 trees across our communities. It balances the benefits trees bring, with the need to keep spaces safe and tidy. It also sets out what you can expect from us – especially when it comes to trees in gardens and communal areas. We want your outdoor spaces to be places you can enjoy and feel proud of.
