Your Feedback, our focus: Latest Tenant Satisfaction Scores
Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) are a set of questions introduced by the Regulator to help landlords understand how customers feel about the services they receive.
Below, we’ve shared our scores from April to September 2025, which show we’re making real progress. In fact, this has been our strongest set of scores since the surveys began.
We know there’s more to do and we’re committed to improving based on what these scores tell us.
These surveys are carried out by TLF, an independent research company working on our behalf. If you’re contacted by them, it’s safe to answer – they’re a genuine company helping us understand your views.
