Your voice matters – our Insight Customer Scrutiny Group

At Great Places, we know that listening to our customers helps us improve. That’s why we offer lots of ways to get involved, from giving one-off feedback to joining regular groups like our Customer Committee or the Insight Customer Scrutiny Group.

Insight members carry out up to three reviews each year. They look at how services are working, speak to customers, and share their findings with our Board and Customer Committee. We then share what we’ve learned and what we’re doing about it on our website and in customer magazines.

But what is scrutiny, and how can you get involved?

Scrutiny means looking closely at how services work and suggesting ways to make them better.

The group’s last review looked at how we handle reports of anti-social behaviour. Their latest work focused on how communication affects customers’ experiences when we replace kitchens, bathrooms, or windows. They’ll share their findings with our Board in November, thank you to everyone who gave feedback!

We’re also exploring new, easier ways for more customers to get involved in scrutiny. Keep an eye on our website and newsletters for updates.
