Getting to know our customers - You Share, We Shape
We’d like you to share your information with us to help us shape our services for you.
Information such as your race and ethnicity, religion and belief, disability or ill-health conditions, caring responsibilities, sexual orientation, gender and age can help us to tailor services specifically for you, where appropriate.
If you update your personal information via our You Share, We Shape campaign, you’ll be automatically entered into our monthly prize draw to win £100 worth of vouchers. We will be holding our prize draws up until April, so make sure to submit your information to be in with the chance of winning.
The easiest way to do this is on our MyPlace customer portal by logging in and filling out the questionnaire online. You will be able to access it via the link in the red box shown at the top of the home page. If you would like a paper copy of the form, you can contact us via email to request one from youshare@greatplaces.org.uk or if you would like to share your information by telephone, please email the address above and one of our colleagues will contact you.
We are currently recruiting for our new Inclusive Services Team which will sit within the Hub and will be solely dedicated to leading our You Share, We Shape campaign, gathering information from our customers to help personalise services, this is called customer profiling. We are hoping that the team will be in place from Spring which is when they will start to make calls to customers.
The information that you share with us will be kept confidential and only used to help us provide the right services, guidance and support tailored specifically for you. Although we are now required to collect this information in line with the Social Housing Consumer Standards, you can choose not to share this information with us. You will just need to select the ‘Prefer not to say’ option within the questionnaire.
