Take a look at how we are doing against our Tenant Satisfaction Measures and Customer Commitments.

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) came into effect from April 2023 and as part of this we are required to ask our customers a series of questions and then report back to our customers, Boards and the regulator to share what people think about us as a landlord and how we are performing against these measures.

82% of customers feel safe in their homes

We have surveyed 1137 customers to date that live in our general needs and Independence and Wellbeing properties (Low cost rental accommodation) and our latest results, that will form part of our end of year submission, are now available. We are pleased to report that satisfaction is up on the previous round of surveys, and we are using this data to help us improve services for our customers.

  7. How satisfied or dissatisfied are you that Great Places keeps you informed about things that matter to you? 74%
  8. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following: ‘my landlord treats me fairly and with respect’? 78%
