Better communications with the help of Customer Committee

Our Customer Committee helps make sure customers’ voices are heard and that they influence what we do.

Recently, the Committee shared feedback on this magazine and how we communicate with you. They told us they’d like to see more real customer stories, more local updates, a cleaner layout and shorter articles focused on what matters most.

We’ve listened, and you may have already spotted some of these changes in recent editions. With a refreshed design, clearer layout and more photos, we hope My Great Place is now easier and more enjoyable to read.

But the Committee’s work doesn’t end there – they are continuing to look for more ways to make our communications simple, useful and customer-led. We’ll keep sharing their updates in our eNews and on our website.
