Throughout this magazine, you will see how your feedback continues to shape the way Great Places works.
Listening to our customers and acting on what you tell us is at the heart of everything we do. Over the past year, the Customer Involvement Team has worked hard to make sure customers have a strong voice in the things that matter most.
Your feedback has helped with:
New heating networks:
We visited customers at Elk View Court and Tulloch Court to understand what’s important when moving to a new heating system. As a result, we made sure to share clearer information with customers, followed up on individual concerns and worked with a new provider to set clear expectations.
High-rise building and fire safety:
We’ve restarted consultation on our High-Rise Resident Engagement Strategies, helping make sure customers have clear safety information and ways to get involved. Nine buildings are currently taking part, with more to follow.
