We’ve recently made some really significant improvements to our MyPlace customer portal, meaning that it is now possible to log your own repairs jobs and choose your own appointment slots!

When something breaks in your home and you need us to come and fix it, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to let us know and get it sorted. Having the ability to go online and get the job booked in yourself (at the best time for you) will help make this happen, and feedback from customers who have used it so far has been mainly very positive!

Logging repairs is just one reason to visit our MyPlace portal. It’s nearly always the quickest and easiest way to get the information you need about your tenancy and complete some key tasks. These include:

  • Viewing your rent balance;
  • Making payments;
  • Reporting anti-social behaviour;
  • Giving us feedback;
  • Accessing community information.

This means that you can ‘self serve’ to a much greater degree and access the information and services you need from us, 24/7, without having to contact a Great Places colleague.
