Welcome to the latest edition of My Great Place magazine.

As usual, it’s full of useful news, stories and information about all things Great Places, letting you know what’s been going on across your regions, how we’re performing and how we can work together to deliver the services you want and need.

You may be aware that I am stepping down as CEO of Great Places, having been in the job for more than a decade. Our Board has appointed Alison Dean, who is currently our Deputy Chief Executive, to take over from me, and I’m confident that she will do a great job.

Alison will be introducing herself to you in our next issue, so look out for that. She’s passionate about delivering excellent services to you, our customers, and one way we’ll continue to do that is through our new Customer Committee. Find out more about the members and their vital roles here.

In addition, there’s a welcome update on how you can now book your own repairs appointments via the MyPlace customer portal, which is something that is already proving popular. It means that you can choose appointments at times that suit you, and get them booked in on any device, at any time.
