Grounds Maintenance

Our Grounds Maintenance Team works hard all year round to keep customers’ shared outdoor spaces clean, neat and orderly.

The work changes throughout the year. You’ll have noticed our teams visit less often during the colder months but prepare for the growing season (typically from April to October) by completing jobs such as clearing leaves, hard pruning, bed clearances and bark mulching where appropriate.

With us now being in the growing season for 2025, you'll see our teams visiting more frequently, as we start the process of grass cutting on a fortnightly basis. The start of the growing season is when most activity happens and when seedlings, plants and the grass start to benefit from more daylight and warmer weather.

However, do remember that activity is weather dependent - particularly at the start and end of growing season and in any extreme hot weather. While visits will still be carried out, teams’ tasks may change according to weather conditions at the time.

Remember you can find a full calendar of the Grounds Maintenance services as well as further information on our web page.

We look to provide the best service possible, and your views matter so if you have any concerns or questions about your communal outdoor spaces, please do get in touch. Alongside our schedule, our dedicated web page also includes answers to frequently asked questions and a contact form if you have any questions or concerns.
