An easier way for customers to make payments

Last year we launched a new easier way for customers to make secure payments to us. AllPay Payment Link allows customers to make payments using your debit card through a secure web URL provided by email or text.

This new way to pay now means that if your Neighbourhood Services Manager contacts you to make a payment they will send you a link to complete this, instead of you needing to call our automated payment line.

Customers don’t need to download a specific app to do this, you may receive a simple, personalised link that makes paying easy via your mobile device, at your own convenience.

Once customers receive the link, you will then need to populate your own information including name, address, phone number and payment information. You’ll receive a validation code to your mobile number to allow you to confirm the payment.

Links received by email will all come from a Great Places email address. If you feel that a link you have received is not genuine, please make sure to contact our Customer Hub before making any payments.
