Fire safety matters

Customer safety remains a key priority, particularly when it comes to Fire Safety.

We've recently sent an annual communication to customers in our apartment blocks to remind them of their evacuation arrangements as well as providing general advice on reducing fire risk within their own homes.

Recent incidents in housing association homes across the country continue to highlight the importance of fire safety. The impact on customers cannot be underestimated and the graphic on this page is a reminder of some simple tips you can take to keep you and your family safe.

In addition, we have also updated our home safety information on the Looking After Your Home Section of our website. Here you’ll find everything you need to know, including information on Fire Safety and specific safety information on communal areas and for customers in high-rise buildings.
