Damp and mould is a serious issue in homes of all types and affects almost one in five homes in the UK. If untreated, damp and mould can cause serious health problems.
Tackling customers’ damp and mould issues continues to be a top priority for us. If you see any signs of damp, mould or condensation in your home, tell us straight away and we can arrange a visit to your home as if it’s left untreated it can be a serious problem for your home and health.
Our technically trained teams continue to visit customers across all our regions. From October 2022 to February 2023 they have completed 777 damp and mould inspections and have been able to implement a number of different solutions while supporting customers to help get rid of signs of mould and condensation.
If you’re experiencing any issues with damp or mould, the sooner you let us know, the quicker we can help fix the problem. Once you report to us that you have issues with damp and mould in your home, we will aim to complete initial inspections within 10 working days, and any follow up work within 20 working days.
