Greater Manchester Tenant Survey 2021

Over the summer Great Places customers contributed to a Greater Manchester-wide Housing Partners' survey, sharing their priorities with us. The top 3 priorities were:

• improving the safety of our existing homes (91%)

• working with the police etc to tackle crime and improve community safety (89%)

• supporting people to live independently (88%)

In 2022, Great Places will be working with partners on the priorities identified, alongside reflecting these in our own workplans.
