Can Chatabot help you?

Over 30,000 conversations have taken place with Chatabot, our friendly digital assistant since it was launched in February, everything from how to book a repair to renting a property.

We‘ve used the information we’ve learnt from our artificial intelligence assistant to get a better understanding of the sorts of things you want to know or get quick answers for, and our dedicated team have updated our friendly bot to take this into account. Nobody’s perfect and of course there are some things Chatabot won’t have the answers for and will put you through to a member of our Customer Hub team via live chat. We’re continuing to pilot this new technology and from feedback in our Chatabot surveys, we’ve learnt that there’s still some improvements we need to make to the platform, to improve the experience and the service you receive. We hope you will continue to provide us with this invaluable feedback so Chatabot can continue to learn. For many of you who’ve already accessed the service the experience has been a positive one and we want to continue to build on this.

Chatabot is available 24/7, and you can use it whenever and wherever you want. It’s available on a mobile, tablet and a laptop as long as you’re connected to a Wi-Fi. To get started look to the bottom right of our website at greatplaces.org.uk and click on the Ask Chatabot tab.
