Improving how you contact us

If you’ve visited our website, you have no doubt come across our handy little assistant Chatabot, that allows you to get the answer to some of your questions 24/7.

If it can’t help it will put you through to our customer hub on live chat during working hours. Outside of these times it will send us a message that we will receive the next working day.

Over the last two years we’ve asked customers to tell us about their experience of the Chatabot and have used this to make improvements, including:

  • We’ve made it easier to speak to an live agent when Chatabot isn’t able to help
  • We’ve made it easier to collect customers information when logging a message out of hours so we can appropriately prioritise the next working day
  • We’ve have made it easier to login into our portal MyPlace using Chatabot
  • We have removed some unnecessary additional steps in the process that customers felt repetitive
