Apprenticeships
We set ourselves a corporate target of having 10 per cent of our workforce employed through our apprenticeship, graduate and development programmes.
In the past few months, we have recruited 11 apprenticeship opportunities working within our repairs service across our four regions. These included plasterers, joiners, roofers, an electrician and a plumber who work with colleagues who provide the candidates with an accredited apprenticeship, development of their knowledge and skills whilst working alongside our experienced mentors.
