Pride in our commitment
GREAT Places colleagues once again took part in Manchester’s Pride Parade to celebrate our unequivocal support for the LGTB+ community.
We were delighted to announce that we have won, alongside our fellow Houseproud North-West members, Best Parade Entry Overall at this year’s Manchester Pride!
We share this prize with our customer forum, Rainbow Roofs, and 12 other organisations that joined to provide time and materials to organise the float. A big thank you to our colleagues and customers who joined us on this fantastic day.
This year’s theme was “March for Peace,” which highlighted all the conflicts around the world and campaigns for a future where nobody is a victim of violence no matter their identity, country of origin or social situation.
Great Places strongly stands by this message and is committed to do our part by helping to create safe and peaceful homes and communities.
Diversity, equality and the defence of freedom are some of the core values of this celebration and we are proud to show our support of these principles.
