Setting the standard
Our £3.9million investment work in Blackburn has improved the buildings energy efficiency and fire safety.
Although the extent of the work was always going to mean disruption to customers, Great Places Neighbourhood and Assets teams and the contractor Casey’s Ltd, worked closely with the residents to keep them informed and involved with the process.
We are pleased to say that this has been recognised by customers in the satisfaction scores given to the works now they have finished.
During the works, we contacted customers on paper, by phone, text, email and even on their doorsteps to find out about their final thoughts.
In total, 57 per cent of Bowland House customers responded to our final survey. With scores ranging from one (very dissatisfied) to 10 (very satisfied) these were the results:
To the inside communal areas: 9.57/10
To the outside of the building: 9.54/10
Customers were happy to be kept informed throughout the process, showing an 8.8/10 satisfaction with the overall process.
