Keeping our customers safe
ASB, Hate Crime, Domestic Abuse.
Great Places strives to provide great homes that people can enjoy, in communities where they feel safe.
That’s why, during the summer, we have been talking to customers across our neighbourhoods, about what would be important to them and what they would expect from Great Places if they needed to
report any of the following to us:
- Anti-social behaviour: Acting in a manner that caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
- Hate crime: Any crime where the offender has demonstrated hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity.
- Domestic abuse: Any incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive or threatening behaviour, violence or abuse between those aged 16 or over who are or have been intimate partners or family members regardless of gender or sexuality.
We want to thank everybody who has shared their views with us and has helped us to improve. With your collaboration we are rewriting our policies for ASB, hate crime and domestic abuse. You’ll be able to
read these on our website shortly.
If you are suffering from any of the
above, please dial 999 and report the incident to the police. For non emergencies, call 111.
